Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC
Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $21.09/hour
We're hiring a detail-oriented Queue Monitoring Operator to support overnight distribution operations at a fast-paced warehouse facility in Mt. Pleasant. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory movement, and timely shipment processing across the distribution center.
This position is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who thrive in a structured, high-volume environment and are comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision.

All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.
What You'll Do
* Monitor and manage daily warehouse workflow by prioritizing and assigning work orders
* Support inventory accuracy by researching discrepancies and tracking product movement
* Assist with shipment preparation, documentation, and order processing
* Coordinate with equipment operators by providing order and inventory information
* Operate warehouse systems, RF scanners, and tracking tools to maintain accurate data flow
* Perform pallet picking, case picking, pallet building, and conveyor loading as needed
* Support overall product flow and operational efficiency across the distribution center
* Work closely with supervisors and team leads while also completing independent tasks
* Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior warehouse or distribution experience required
* Experience operating forklifts and powered industrial equipment (reach truck, walkie rider, clamp truck, transloader, etc.)
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at heights when required
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
