Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a metal manufacturer in Auburn, IN to hire Production & Press Operators. This is not climate-controlled, stamping and assembly facility offering full benefits, 401(k), and profit sharing upon hire-in.
Shifts Available (Mandatory OT)
- 1st: 6:00am-2:30pm
- 2nd: 2:00pm-10:30pm
- 3rd: 10:00pm-6:30am (current opening)
- Operate stamping presses and production equipment
- Load/unload, label, and move parts
- Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork
- Assist with die changes and minor machine adjustments
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 6S standards
- Lift/move parts (10-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and follow safety rules
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Reliable attendance and flexible schedule
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Loud, hot, fast-paced stamping facility
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required
