Menasha Packaging is seeking experienced and motivated Press Operators, Die Cut Operators, and Folder Gluer Operators to join our team on night shift.Pay & SchedulePay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on department and experience)Shift: Night ShiftHours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMSchedule: 3-2-2-3 rotating scheduleKey Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and productivity goalsReview job tickets and work orders to ensure customer specifications are metFeed material into machines and stack finished productComplete production paperwork and prepare materials for shipmentInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiativesFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a 12-hour shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisWillingness to work overtime and weekends when business needs requireAbility to work rotating shifts if neededStrong teamwork and communication skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to read and use a tape measure or ruler accuratelyExperience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, die cutting, or machine operation is a plusMenasha Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates are equal opportunity employers.
