Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent company in Kendallville, IN. This client specializes in heat treatments including Normalizing, Annealing, and Stress Relieving. They serve manufacturing industries including automotive, heavy truck, agriculture, mining, foundries, and hot & cold forging suppliers. We have partnered up to work together in finding Production talent like you!
Production Job summary:

• $18 /hr.
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Production Duties:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes

• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Production Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 20-60 Lbs.

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for entire shift
• Ability to work well in teams
• NO diploma or GED required
