Position: 3rd Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; Overtime as needed on Saturdays 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a dedicated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Indianapolis. Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately
- Move, stack, and organize materials on pallets, crates, or shelves
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow storage procedures
- Complete shipping paperwork and production records with precision
- Perform routine safety checks and equipment maintenance
- Support daily warehouse and production tasks
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years forklift operation experience
- OSHA forklift certification or demonstrated prior experience
- RF Scanner experience preferred
- Attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
- Forklift operation and safety procedures
- Material handling and warehouse organization
- Inventory management and RF scanning
- Equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Loading/unloading and pallet stacking
