Capable of Performing Machine Set Ups * Proficient in handling Measuring Instruments and Test Equipment * Understand Quality Requirements and be able to perform "in-process" inspections of your own work in addition to working with the Quality Team to ensure delivery of high quality parts * Understanding of Basic Shop Floor Mathematics * Understanding of CNC Programming * Basic Computer Skills * Strong Work Ethic/Willingness to work overtime * Willingness to assist in Cross Training of other Teammates by Teaching Skills they can learn from you * Willingness to be Cross Trained on complementary machines as needed to support production requirements and increase your marketability * Must be a US citizen or US Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements
