Job Title: 3rd Shift Case Packer/Palletizer (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday Night - Friday Morning, 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a 3rd Shift Case Packer/Palletizer position. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, operating case packing equipment, and preparing pallets for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate case packing machinery to pack cartons into corrugated re-shippers
• Remove finished cases from case sealing equipment
• Stack and arrange cases on pallets according to established pallet patterns
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues
• Verify correct pallets are available and used for production runs
• Ensure case packers and related equipment are functioning properly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and stacking duties

Safety Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots required
