In this role, you'll take ownership of advanced converting equipment—setting it up, operating it, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every product meets our high quality and safety standards.If you're mechanically inclined, quality-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and continue growing your career.What You'll DoSet up and operate converting machinery according to production specifications and safety standardsPerform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshootingMonitor machine performance to ensure consistent quality and productivityMake adjustments to optimize machine efficiency and outputPerform routine inspections and basic machine maintenanceComplete quality checks in alignment with the Pregis Quality Management SystemOperate material-handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoistsAccurately document production output, machine settings, and any issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standardsSupport team success by performing other duties as assignedTraining & ScheduleTraining will take place on 1st shift for the first few months to ensure hands-on learning, strong support, and a smooth transition into the roleAfter training, shift placement will align with operational needsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing roleStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocolsBasic math and computer skillsA strong work ethic and commitment to safety and qualityEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred5+ years of manufacturing experienceWhy Join Us?Work with advanced equipment in a safety-focused environmentHands-on training and support from experienced team membersOpportunity to make an immediate impact on quality and productionStable manufacturing role with room for growthReady to take the next step in your manufacturing career?
