Hayes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead (3PL) in Forney, TX to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping in a 3PL environment. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, quality and productivity while coaching a team and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and GM.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in warehousing, and experience with WMS.
