Owning the relationships with third-party warehouses, the full-time remote 3PL Manager will manage performance metrics, conduct operational reviews, and ensure contract compliance for retail, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale orders. Key responsibilities: Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with each 3PL partner, conducting weekly and monthly operational reviews Build and manage a 3PL scorecard to track key performance indicators such as order cycle time and inventory accuracy Audit 3PL invoices against contracts and manage claims for lost or damaged inventory Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or supply chain operations, with 3+ years managing 3PL vendor relationships Demonstrated experience managing multi-site 3PL performance with scorecards and business reviews Experience reading and enforcing 3PL agreements, including SLAs and rate cards Proficiency in warehouse management systems and advanced analytical skills, including Google Sheets
