Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinating project timelines, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully complete assigned projectsDefining and executing competitive bidding strategySpecifying equipment performance and design criteriaMaintaining effective communication with project team, staff, and project ownersEstablishing accountability through understanding applicable codes and guidelines to ensure designs meet codes, guidelines, and standardsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (completed and verified prior to start)Three (3) years of experience in project management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor's degree or higher in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineeringPrior experience with automated assembly and packaging, webline, extrusion, material handling, and inspection equipmentPrior experience with facilities mechanical or electrical equipmentPrior experience managing capital projectsWork location:Work location: Guin, ALTravel: May include up to 15% (domestic/international)Relocation: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S.
