Job Description

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics)
  • Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience, with hands‑on experience working with large datasets (including text); practical experience with deploying LLMs highly preferred
  • Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA), paired with the ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages of Python, SQL or R
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present data analytics results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly self‑motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI,
  • and agentic systems, with a track record of developing novel AI approaches to
  • boost model performance
  • Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including the integration
  • of data governance, ethical AI considerations, and security protocols throughout
  • the model-development lifecycles
  • Experience with GitHub and repositories
  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop/Implement/Test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including supporting vendor‑developed Agentic AI models and its governance
  • Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes
  • Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment
  • Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems
  • Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI‑driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage.

Salary: $70,000 - $135,000
