Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics)
- Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience, with hands‑on experience working with large datasets (including text); practical experience with deploying LLMs highly preferred
- Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA), paired with the ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models
- Strong knowledge in programming languages of Python, SQL or R
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present data analytics results to internal and external stakeholders
- Highly self‑motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.

- Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI,
- and agentic systems, with a track record of developing novel AI approaches to
- boost model performance
- Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including the integration
- of data governance, ethical AI considerations, and security protocols throughout
- the model-development lifecycles
- Experience with GitHub and repositories
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop/Implement/Test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including supporting vendor‑developed Agentic AI models and its governance
- Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes
- Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment
- Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems
- Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI‑driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage.
Salary: $70,000 - $135,000
