• Produce and refine 3D animation sequences using Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity based on project briefs.
• Deliver visually engaging character and object animations that meet specified quality and style requirements.
• Document creative processes, technical setups, and project decisions for AI training purposes.
• Evaluate and provide input on animation workflows to enhance AI model understanding and accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical and creative stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and revisions.
• Participate in feedback cycles, iterating on animations and documentation as required.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity for 3D animation.
• Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality 3D animation projects across various genres or applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail for documentation and feedback.
• Ability to analyze and articulate complex animation workflows and creative problem-solving strategies.
