Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame.Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projectsEnsure adherence to Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solution.Deliver strategic business reviews to educate clients on key platform trends and consideration.Communicate reports regarding project status, risk management and escalation of issues.Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfersPrepare for and lead discovery meetings and workshops with clients to Client pain points and business objectivesBe client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership enduresThis position has minimal travel and occasional presence to clients' sitesDrive transition and knowledge acquisition workshops with Client Business users and Implementation VendorExperience in preparing support documentation (e.g. SOP, Knowledge Repository updates etc.) Experience in migration tools such as Salesforce Migration using ANT, Vlocity Migration using Vlocity Build would be a plus.Must hold active Salesforce Certifications as Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) and Vlocity Developer certificationConsulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community) is an add-onDevelop custom reporting and analysis as requiredPrior application support experience and familiarity with ITIL support methodology
