Responsibilities
Primary Job Functions:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the 340B program to support the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in enhancing program efficiency, staff training, facility compliance, and related activities.
* Conduct scheduled audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies participating in the 340B program; address and resolve reconciliation issues arising from these audits.
* Review referral reconciliation audits to ensure compliance with 340B program standards.
* Ensure full compliance with all 340B program requirements.
* Monitor and analyze 340B inventory and invoicing at both contract and entity-owned pharmacies.
* Assist in payment reconciliation for entity-owned outpatient pharmacies.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and performance reporting.
* Support additional tasks that promote the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs.
* Continue professional development through relevant classes, seminars, publications, and training opportunities.
Additional Job Functions:
* Assist F&A department team members with review and analysis of data, as needed.
* Provide input and suggestions to process improvements within the F&A division.

* Follow AltaPointe policies and procedures.
* Receive and respond to inquiries of department matters promptly and courteously.
* Assist with performance of duties of other department staff in periods of absence.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
* Two or more years' experience within a healthcare system is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large datasets.
* Strong organizational skills are a plus.
