Truss Machine Operator2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 pm-1:30 am Pay: $14 hour Location: Martin, TNAdjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature and amount of materials for quality production.Help with changing over the truss coilsAttention to detail!Measure and examine all material before placing it in the machine.Monitor and control machines on a daily basis to maintain daily and weekly production schedules.Complete quality checks and paperwork every day to maintain production and industry regulations and company standards.Make sure the work environment remains safe, uncluttered, clean and well-maintained by performing maintenance and general janitorial duties throughout shifts as time allows.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain assigned machines and equipment as needed for maximum product quality and operational efficiency.Must be able/ability to read blueprints.Near perfect attendance is required.MUST BE A TEAM PLAYERWILL BE REQUIRED TO USE A NAIL GUN DURING DOWN OR SLOW TIMESPreferred Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
