2nd Shift - Swiss Screw Machine OperatorVolt is immediately hiring for a Swiss Screw Machine Operator in La Verne, CA.As a Swiss Screw Machine Operator you will:Set up and operate screw machines (manual or CNC) to produce precision components.Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and tooling to meet specifications.Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during production.Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards.Document inspection results and report any deviations.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments.Replace worn or damaged tools and components.Track production output and machine performance.Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance.Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve efficiency.This is a full-time opportunity.
