Job Title: Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator
City and State: Cary, IL
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm (2nd Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Long-Term Opportunity)
Summary:
Our client in Cary, IL is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join their 2nd shift team. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for hire-on based on performance and attendance. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck experience and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders from warehouse inventory
• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials safely and efficiently
• Transport items to staging areas for truck loading
• Locate and retrieve pallets from shelves and floor locations
• Use scan guns to track and fulfill orders accurately
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating a stand-up reach truck
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
