CTDI is seeking an individual who has stellar leadership capabilities to fill our open Sr Operations Supervisor position. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of 2nd shift operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. It requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive and engaged workforce.

2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday-FridayResponsibilities:Supervise and lead 2nd shift operations team, including supervisors and hourly employeesSupervise production and technical activity of production linesMonitor departmental performance metrics to ensure production requirements are metProvide the first level of support for any escalated issue during work shiftsTrain, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectationsCoach and council employees on performance deficiencies and documents as required as well as provide positive reinforcement and encouragement when performance is on targetComplete employee attendance and payroll requirementsPrepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as requiredFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamworkEnsure daily production goals are met or exceededMonitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiencyImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standardsMaintain high-quality standards and compliance with customer requirementsReview and analyze Pareto charts and other quality metrics to drive improvementsSupport audits and ensure zero non-conformancesIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement solutionsCollaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure consistency and best practicesPrepare and deliver shift performance reports to managementCommunicate effectively with corporate program managers and other stakeholdersRequired Skills & Experience:Proven technical aptitudeExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employeesProactive problem solving abilityStrong organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasksThe ability to interact with and coach team members to production goalsExcellent attention to detailGood PC skills with experience in Word and Excel applicationsAbility to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communicationsSAP ExperienceLean, Six sigma and continuous process improvement knowledge and experienceStrong problem solving skillsAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime which may include weekendsCreate and monitor KPIs as well as exceed KPIsManage inventory control processes and drive quality through the operationMust lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsBe able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeAbility to reach above head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments2-5+ years leadership experience required, preferably in a high volume, fast paced, fulfillment environmentTechnical degree or certification preferredYou will love working in our family-oriented company!
