2nd Shift Sanitation

Sanitation- 2nd Shift
Shift: Sunday -Saturday; 3pm-11:30pm
Pay: $18.00/hour
Summary of Position:
We are looking for dependable Sanitation Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized food production facility. This role is essential for preventing contamination and supporting smooth daily operations.
Job Duties:

Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.

Clean spills and unsanitary conditions immediately.

Maintain proper hygiene and follow uniform rules (clean frock, gloves, etc.).

Apply salt to slick floor areas before production starts.

Clean under equipment and remove waste

Break down cardboard and take full totes to receiving.

Empty trash and inedible containers into designated bins.

Remove condensation from ceilings as needed.

Return cleaning tools (brooms, squeegees, shovels, bins) to their proper storage areas.

Report damages or unsafe conditions to QA ("See Something; Say Something").

Requirements:

Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures.

Good communication skills and willingness to report issues.

Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn sanitation routes and responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull items as needed.

Comfortable working in cold, wet, or warm production environments.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
