Robotic Welder - 2nd ShiftThe 2nd Shift Robotic Welder (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components.This position ensures welding operations meet precise specifications and strict quality standards while following all safety protocols. The Robotic Welder works closely with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.The role is essential to maintaining production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and delivering consistent, high-quality welded products to customers.2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AMHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience operating robotic welding equipment or similar automated manufacturing machineryBasic understanding of MIG, TIG, or spot welding processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsCertification in robotic welding or welding technologyExperience with robotic welding programming or troubleshootingFamiliarity with OSHA and industrial safety standardsPrevious 2nd shift manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsOperate robotic welding machines according to production specificationsMonitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality outputPerform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on robotic systemsInspect welded components for defects and report quality issuesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processesMaintain accurate production and maintenance recordsFollow all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environmentThe required skills ensure the operator can safely and effectively run robotic welding systems while maintaining high-quality welds that meet precise specifications. The ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols is essential for detecting defects and ensuring product accuracy.Preferred skills such as robotic programming and troubleshooting improve the ability to resolve equipment issues quickly and reduce downtime.
