This role oversees all production employees.Job ResponsibilitiesOversight of employees and equipmentAccurately report productionConduct shift huddles dailyCommunicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, productionParticipate in and oversee Lock Out Tag Out and CPMLead and maintain safety and plant policiesAssist with inventory, both finished goods and raw materialOversight of Quality of production on shiftOperate all machines and equipment, including mobile equipment, as neededMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environmentPromote and follow all plant safety guidelinesEstablish, assign, and communicate job responsibilities and schedules for personnelSupervise and evaluate job performanceMonitor and maintain records of attendanceParticipate in, conduct, and ensure safety meetings and training sessions are heldReview production data and prepare reportsAssist employees with production issues and ensure satisfactory production operationsProvide information regularly to site leadership regarding current operations and manpower statusPerforms other duties as assignedJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
