MLC Manufacturing | Spring Lake, MI
Full-Time | Immediate Opening | Monday-Thursday
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
* Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts
* Help operate and run parts on a press brake
* Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed
* Perform general production and manufacturing duties
* Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently
* Follow safety procedures and production instructions
Qualifications
* Manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
