Must follow and practice all policies and procedures according to the training guidelines. In addition to qualifications listed below, attendance, disciplinary status, communication skills, and general attitude will be considered for any advancement.Step 1 - Maintenance Mechanic "A"Required Knowledge:All Mechanic "B" step 2 requirements plusAbility to read electrical and mechanical blueprintsAbility to troubleshoot control wiringUnderstanding of PLC operation and partsFully Qualified-Maintenance Mechanic "A"Required Knowledge:All Mechanic "A" Step 1 requirements plus the ability to do one or more of the following specialties.Operate machine shop equipment and fabricate partsExpert on Aseptic Spiral ProcessorCapable of operating the Ammonia plant or Steam plant and maintaining appropriate documentationPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements/Education:High School Diploma preferred2-5 years related and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic math and computer skillsExperience:Food manufacturing experience preferred.Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
