About the Position:
MLC Manufacturing is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Bystronic press brakes. Programming knowledge at the machine interface is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate Bystronic press brakes
* Read blueprints and inspect parts to print
* Adjust machine settings to maintain part accuracy
* Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
* Tag, stack, and move parts to next operations
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
* Experience operating Bystronic press brakes required
* Programming at the machine interface a bonus
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift schedule
