Industrial PolisherWe're hiring an Industrial Polisher to join a growing manufacturing operation in Round Rock. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in metal finishing, polishing, fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or production. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and committed to producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPolish metal parts and components to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces for finishing.Operate hand and power tools while maintaining precise dimensions and quality standards.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production specifications.Replace polishing materials and machine consumables as needed.Work closely with machining and production teams to improve efficiency and quality.Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a clean and organized work area.Support production goals while meeting quality and delivery expectations.QualificationsExperience in polishing, metal finishing, manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or a related industrial field preferred.Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and industrial polishing equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and work in a manufacturing environment.Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety equipment.
