Certain Roles At Tyson Require Background ChecksThis position is responsible for learning all aspects of a Production facility by working with the Team Members to learn how to promote a safe working environment and produce a quality product in a timely manner. Observing and learning the below duties will prepare the trainee for the responsibility of being a supervisor over a specific area as assigned.
Responsibilities include observing and learning how to ensure the area is running and producing at the greatest capacity possible while maintaining high quality. Will observe and learn how to work with Maintenance and other resources to ensure the equipment is working properly and meets government regulations and will learn to perform first aid when the nurse is not present. Will help the supervisors and or managers whenever called upon and perform any other duties as the need arises. Trainee must understand the interactions between Accounting Human Resources Food Safety and Quality Assurance and Production.Education: Bachelors degree in Agriculture field is preferred.Experience: Manufacturing experience is preferred if applicant does not have degree in relevant field.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.Travel: Travel is not required.Position Reports To: Senior Production ManagerHighly recommended to include a resume in a PDF or Word Document format.At Tyson Foods, our team members' health and wellness is very important to us.
