Job Title: 2nd Shift Mill Cleaning Crew (Evaluation-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our 2nd Shift Mill Cleaning Crew. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment and work areas are cleaned and ready for production each morning. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean debris and material buildup after mill operations conclude
• Use shovels, rakes, and backpack blowers to clean equipment and surrounding work areas
• Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure machinery is ready for the next shift
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with additional cleanup and site maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work in an outdoor industrial environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety

Equipment Used:

• Shovels
• Rakes
• Backpack blowers
• Potential training on skid steer operation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly
• Comfortable performing physical labor in varying weather conditions

Work Environment:

• Outdoor industrial scrap yard setting
• Work performed around state-of-the-art processing equipment
• Similar to a manufacturing environment, but primarily outdoors
• Safety-focused workplace
