2nd Shift Material Handler Team Lead Mag Stop

Team LeaderWarner Electric is looking for our next Team Leader to lead our Material Handler group for our 3rd shift (11pm-7am) operations. Our Team Leaders have a direct impact on our safety, culture, workplace organization, internal and external quality, on-time delivery, productivity and inventory.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be team oriented; operate industrial trucks (sit and stand), hoists, tuggers and pallet jacks; develop, implement, and maintain improvement initiatives and must have the ability and willingness to train others.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead all activities relating to production performance. Coordinate activities of material associates and guide our people in their developmentContinually improve safety record with a proactive approach to physical safety issues and employee safety behavior. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areasCollaborate, develop, implement, and maintain improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing processes.

Lead communication between members of the team, shifts and production cellsOperate industrial trucks (sit and stand), hoists, tuggers and pallet jacks to assist in loading or moving materials and productsLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
