You'll be:Supervising, directing, and coordinating maintenance activities to improve performance of facilities, utilities, and production areas during the second shiftLeading the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and plant standardsManaging the maintenance budget, planning outages, and overseeing work order systems (CMMS/Maximo)Providing leadership and technical direction to maintenance and utility operators, ensuring high morale, safety, and teamworkCoordinating and scheduling outside services to support facility maintenance efforts as neededActively participating in all Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects of the plantSupporting or leading projects and implementing maintenance excellence programsRecommending improvements in equipment, procedures, and working conditions to drive plant performanceThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment (Must Have)Possess strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teamsDemonstrate expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and CMMS/Work Order systems (Maximo preferred)Are skilled in managing budgets, scheduling, and coordinating outside servicesHave knowledge of regulatory requirements (city, state, federal), FDA guidelines, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) (Preferred)Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementCan work effectively on the second shiftOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
