With $8.3 Billion in revenue in 2025, our products play a crucial role in enabling fuel efficiency and lightweighting, contributing to our customers' success and making a positive impact on the world.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGood communication skills & knowledge of basic shop mathAble to read, write and understand basic instructions in EnglishAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAble to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularlyAble to learn how to use measurement instrumentsAbility to follow directionAbility to complete first piece verificationMaintain a good attitude and be willing to learnCommunicates effectively with other team members and Production Team LeaderBe familiar with Human Performance tasksAble to perform entry level set-upsUnderstand the speeds and feeds pertaining to the machine they are operating (where applicable)Knowledge of all measuring instruments and gages for their operationAble to speak effectively before groups of co-workers, customers, auditors, etc.Able to read and interpret blue printsWorking knowledge in manufacturing and quality processes and principlesAble to comply to all SPC daily Requirements (if applicable)Able to understand and maintain machine complements (when applicable)LOTO certifiedSets up and operates machines with minimal assistanceAble to operate all standard machines related to the process in their assigned processAble to run hand feed grinding and CAM out (profile)Able to run straight shenk and TD grindingExposure to auto grind machines2 machine complementApply all quality measuring instrumentsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience as a machinist requiredEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
