Our business has grown to include not only flooring, but also a full offering of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite and Quartz.Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 2 pm - 12 pmPosition SummaryEfficiently operate CNCs to produce 600 square feet per day of manufactured goods by processing jobs which have a programmed CNC file, ensuring quality is within approved specifications, making the necessary adjustments as needed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and efficiently operate CNC machinesVerify the correct material is accurately loaded and programedMaintain and safely operate CNC machines, overhead crane, and other equipmentEnsure quality is within approved specifications, making the necessary adjustments as neededDocument actions by updating jobs in MorawareCommunicate with other operators, programmers, and supervisorsClean work areas and equipment at the end of each shiftCompetenciesKnowledge: Working knowledge of CNC machine operationSkills: Attention to detail with a goal-driven attitudeAbilities: Understand production documents and load/operate CNC machinesExperience: 1-2 years' experience operating CNC machines, preferably in the stone industryEducation: Certified CNC operator (will train if necessary)BenefitsAfter an onboarding period, the company benefits package includes health insurance with prescription coverage, company funded HSA, company funded life insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, company matching 401K eligibility, and paid time off.
