This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your manufacturing skills, contribute to high-quality production, and advance your career.Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery within the Water Pump & Cylinder Head department to ensure seamless production flow.Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thread gauge pidgeons to verify parts accuracy and ensure quality standards.Understand and accurately apply torque specifications during assembly and operational procedures.Monitor touchscreen interfaces for notifications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime.Prepare, organize, and manage raw materials and supplies to sustain continuous production without shortages.Support quality control by performing basic math calculations and measurements to verify parts and assemblies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety protocols and company standards.Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Qualifications & Skills:Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen technology.Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.Ability to read and write in English fluently.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Good hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks such as standing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided.Work Environment:Manufacturing shop floor environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots is required to ensure safety.Physical Demands:Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.Repetitive hand and finger movements for handling and adjusting machinery parts.Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and kneeling during shifts.Schedule & Hours:Full-time, Monday through ThursdayShift hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMJoin our dedicated team and play a vital role in producing high-quality water pumps and cylinder heads.
