Position: 2nd shift Forklift
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm / 6:00pm - 2:30am
Location: Portage, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a 2nd shift Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $17.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly, packing, and inspection duties to meet production targets
- Record production data accurately for inventory control, including good parts and scrap
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through basic housekeeping
- Support team efforts to achieve goals and assist with additional duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with sit-down forklifts essential
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Basic math skills and computer literacy for data entry and touchscreen operation
- Forklift, sit-down forklift, forklift operator skills
- Safety-conscious and quality-focused
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Basic technical aptitude for machinery operation
