2nd Shift Electrical TechGlendale, KY, United States$ 46.00 - 47.00 (US Dollar)Or refer someoneAbout the job 2nd Shift Electrical Tech2nd Shift Electrical Tech needs requires a two-year technical degree or two years experience as an Operations & Maintenance Specialist, or completion of an apprenticeship program.Requires two-year technical degree or two years experience as an Operations & Maintenance Specialist, or completion of an apprenticeship program.Proven experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Requires in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.Knowledge of the following trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenanceExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Working on mission critical projectsKnowledge of OSHA codes and regulationsWorking knowledge of Metasys (BMS) and low voltage control systems.Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and special maintenance events as needed.Required to use a variety of hand and power tools or man lift.Requires Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification.May be required to possess a valid drivers license.Must be able to pass a thorough background check and subject interview.Or refer someone
