REQUIRED CRITERIA:
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform cleaning duties of buildings and grounds
  • Ability to be self directed, show initiative, be dependable and assume responsibility
  • Ability to report earlier to open building as needed
  • Ability to move, receive, and store building supplies and materials
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 to 60lbs
  • Must be able to obtain a low pressure black seal boiler license with in 1 year of hire date
PREFERRED CRITERIA:
  • Experience working in a school setting

SALARY RANGE: $50,650 - $53,400
