Assembly Associate - 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $16.20 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform manual assembly operations while maintaining quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals. The ideal candidate is a team player who can follow instructions accurately and contribute to a positive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly processes according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Identify equipment malfunctions, procedural deviations, and defective components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues during the assembly process.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
• Accurately follow oral instructions, written procedures, and production documentation.
• Support company goals, values, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
