CNC Operator/ProgrammerQualifications: • 10+ years of CNC experience, including hands-on programming. • Experience with an ERP system preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Strong understanding of various machine types and brands. • Exposure to 5-axis rotators is highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

• Monitor machine performance and make recommendations for maintenance or improvements. • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Support team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor.
