We are currently hiring Local CDL-A Company Drivers to join our team in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $28/HR
  • $1/HR annual merit raises, up to $32/HR
  • Full-Time Position
  • Average 40–50 hours per week

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Home Daily
  • Predictable Schedule

  • Newer Volvo & Freightliner Day Cabs
  • No Driver-Facing Cameras
  • Automatic Transmission Fleet
  • Well-Maintained Equipment

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Transport freight safely and efficiently.
  • Secure all loads according to DOT regulations.
  • Complete required DOT logs and paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management.
  • Deliver freight safely and on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 23 years of age
  • Valid CDL Class A License
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Minimum 2 years of recent CDL-A driving experience
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No serious traffic or CDL violations within the last 3 years
  • Stable employment history
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
