2nd Shift Assembly TechniciansVolt is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Technicians in Fremont, CA.As an Assembly Technician, you will:Assemble, disassemble and swap out components on computer serversAssist in refurbishing of computer serversUtilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.Work in a safe manner and inform leader of any unsafe or hazardous condition or practiceAttend all task training and safety meetings as requiredKeep workstation in a neat and tidy condition conforming to established 5S work practicesCheck that workstation has all required tools/consumables/fixtures/parts and inform leader of any issues or missing materialPerform other duties as assigned by leader or SupervisorThis is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm - 10:10pm - Must be able to train on 1st shift from 8:30am - 5:10pmThe ideal candidate will have:High School DiplomaAble to read/write English languageAssembly, Computer Repair, or experience building PC'sCapable to lift 30-50lbsClass 10K CleanroomPay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour DOEBenefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
