Marie, Michigan.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficientlyPerform in-process inspections and complete required documentationRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsUse standard measuring and inspection equipment accuratelyMaintain machines, tooling, and a clean work areaMonitor product quality and meet production standardsCommunicate process concerns or safety issues to supervisors immediatelyHandle materials and parts carefully to prevent damageAssist with training team members as neededStop production when a safety or quality concern is identifiedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredManufacturing or machining experience preferredAbility to read measurements, decimals, and fractionsBasic computer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work all shifts as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours or more)Frequent bending, twisting, and movement throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsVision correctable to 20/20Ability to distinguish colorsAdditional InformationFull-time, hourly non-exempt positionReports directly to the Group LeaderRegular employee statusScheduled for 40 hours per weekLocated in Sault Ste.
