High level responsibilities include assessing the business need and crafting robust and scalable application architecture, designing and documenting the solution architecture, leading a team of IT software development professionals, and acting as a 'working architect' by also playing a developer role on the team.This position is to support a group building a solution on Service-now to manage assets -Test and Validation equipment as well as silicon samples that are being validated. This specific engagement will be to build custom apps using Service-now. The resources should be able to provide prototypes or working websites that they developed to demonstrate the use of JQuery, HTML, Javascript, bootstrap, Angular and frame works. One year of experience with developing customizations on Service-now is highly desirable.The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience in software architecture and writing solutions using Java technology skills and experience in a web-based application development environment.
Experience with design patterns along with working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows is essential.
