2027 Fall Associate – General Corporate

Cooley LLP’s General Corporate practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position.

This is an opportunity to join a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice where you’ll get exposure to a wide variety of matters involving public and private companies. Candidates should demonstrate: Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with a demonstrated interest in corporate law. The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
