Compensation & Deal Terms
- 30% of Collections
- $700/day draw with 90‑day guarantee
- $10,000 commitment bonus (2‑year commitment)
- $5,000 paid at start
- $5,000 paid at 2‑year renewal
- 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule & Expectations
- 16 clinical days/month
- 4 days/week
- 4×9‑hour shifts
- Offices open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (your schedule is built within these hours)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- DDS or DMD graduating soon—or current GPR/AEGD resident
- Nevada license active or in‑process
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excited to grow clinically and learn comprehensive dentistry
- Team‑oriented and patient‑centered
- Interested in mentorship and long‑term professional growth
Prior advanced experience is not required—we're far more interested in attitude, humility, coachability, and motivation.
