Terms of Employment:
10 months/187 days per year. Salary is on the Teacher Salary Schedule on the EISD Compensation Plan on a term or probationary contract, as applicable. Starting teacher salary is $58,500.00 with Bachelor's degree; and additional stipend of $1,523.00 for Master's degree, with additional consideration for directly related experience.
Special Education Special Education Inclusion/Resource Teacher Stipend: $1,500
Sign-on Stipend $5,000 (Annualized) for New EISD Special Education Inclusion/Resource Teachers
Sign-on Stipend $8,000 ( 2-year Annualized Installments ) for New EISD Educators with 10+ years of experience with a proven record of success or a TIA designation
