Production Line MaintainerThe Production Line Maintainer, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor, will be responsible for maintaining a production line or designated area of the production line (depending on assigned work area), performing quality checks and making mechanical adjustments to the line based on the quality readings.This position is scheduled Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Mandatory overtime and weekends as scheduled.The starting rate of pay is $30.88 an hourly.Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Production Line Maintainer's responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:Safety first attitude to work effectively in a team environmentResponsible for the mechanical performance of automated production machines and equipment that performs one or more functions in the making of high-quality steel cansMake necessary adjustments, repair, and/or changes to equipment and machinesDirect and assist in set up equipment and changeoversDaily use of micrometer, dial indicators, and other precision measuring equipment to make educated decisions in the operation of machines and equipment in area of responsibilityUse SPC and Process control to maintain production of quality products at all timesProvides their own tools for this position.
