Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations and ensure product quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and shut down production machinery safely and efficientlyPerform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standardsObtain and prepare materials needed for production runsMonitor machine performance and identify any operational issuesTroubleshoot minor mechanical problems and report equipment concerns as neededPerform basic machine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance tasksFollow production schedules, work instructions, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications:Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
