Reporting to Warehouse Leadership , this position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials, products, bins, and pallets throughout the facility.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Safely locate, pull, and transport full or empty bins, pallets of finished goods, packaging supplies, and equipment
- Operate sit-down forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily forklift inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Transport raw and processed product to production workstations
- Load outbound finished goods into semi-trailers (live and drop loads)
- Receive truck deliveries and verify incoming materials against manifests
- Use inventory scanners to log product in and out of warehouse locations
- Pick orders using pick sheets and pre-stage orders for shipment
- Shrink-wrap pallets to prepare them for shipping
- Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory records and activity logs
- Monitor packaging supplies and raw materials and report shortages
- Perform goods sampling for Quality Holds as required
- Complete annual certified forklift safety training
- Follow all company SOPs , safety programs, and policies
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Participate in company committees such as the Safety Committee
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrate teamwork and assist with other duties as assigned
