Together, we serve our local communities and bring beautiful cabinetry to homes across 40+ states and over 300 dealerships nationwide.Positions Available: Full-Time, 1st Shift Machine Operators (Small and Large Equipment). Machine Operators work with molding (decorative pieces), doors, drawer fronts, face frames, panels, and other components. Machine operators cut cabinetry parts, wood hoods, islands, and all other parts for the final assembly.Wages: $18.75 / Hour ($16.75 Base Pay + $2.00 / Attendance Incentive). After a 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay.
Add more Certification Pay (Up to $2.00 / hour) as new skills are learned. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on achieving specific numbers in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 / regular hour.
Production Incentive paid on overtime hours.Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Crestwood Production works 4 - 10-hour schedules for the 1st and 2nd Shifts. Fridays are scheduled per production needs.Requirements:Attention to detailAbility to review products and materials during the manufacturing processLumber / Plywood must be pulled from bunks, sorted/graded for quality, and run through various saws/machines according to the work orderCommunicate verbally or in written formAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsFollow safety requirementsDesire to produce quality partsWillingness to listen to and receive instructionA desire to learn and retain informationAbility to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularlyAble to remain stationary for long periodsExperience with saws and machine operation is beneficial.
