Forklift Operator
We are currently hiring Forklift Operators for a distribution in Ontario CA. Pay Rate: $19.00/HR. Schedule: Mon–Fri (6:00am – 2:30pm) weekend and overtime availability required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Unload and upload material
- Identify damages
- Report shortages
- Report quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Inspect machinery
- Determine the need for repairs
- Keep updated records of inventory
- Produce activity logs
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Assist in keeping a safe environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience operating forklift in a warehouse, environment.
- Comply with all SOP's and GMP's
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work in a hot/cold environment
WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE CROSSED TRAINED IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS. MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO WORK IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT.
